For the twelfth straight year, Canadians have ranked credit unions first in overall Customer Service Excellence and Branch Service Excellence at the annual Ipsos® Best Banking Awards. We also took home first for Live Agent Telephone Banking Excellence and Automated Telephone Banking Excellence, for the fourth year in a row. But that’s not all.

For the ninth consecutive year, credit unions were awarded the top spot for Financial Planning and Advice and Values My Business. It’s something we’re particularly proud of, because it highlights our strong commitment to supporting the prosperity of our members, local businesses and communities across Ontario.
